It lies near to Cape Cornwall which belongs to the National Trust, a golf course, Geevor Tin Mine, Land's End Airport and is close to the coastal road linking Penzance with Zennor, and St. Ives and the Tate Gallery on the north coast.

There is easy access to the Coastal Footpath which leads in a southerly direction round to Sennen Cove and Land's End, and to the north towards Pendeen Watch and Zennor. There is a wealth of pre-historic monuments to be explored.

The accommodation consists of a lounge with an open fire, TV and video, dining room and separate kitchen (with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, kitchen table and 3 chairs) downstairs, with 2 good sized bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate WC upstairs. The main bedroom has a 5' double bed, the second bedroom offers 3 single beds and a cot. Blankets and duvets are provided.
Please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. Cooking and heating are electric. There is mobile phone reception in the cottage.

There is a pretty garden area to the front of the cottage and an enclosed yard to the rear. Parking is provided on the road alongside the garden wall.
